Ointment Filling Machine is exploited & developed for middle & grime products filling. Machine is made up of hopper and electromotor controlled, which makes machine with cabinet body, easily operation. Adopting advanced pneumatic parts from Germany FESTO & Japan SMC, reasonable design, cabinet body, easily operating are the main feature of machine. The piston and hopper of cylinder are made up of stainless steel and polyethylene with four Freon, it accord with GMP requirement completely, the filling range and speed could be adjusted and very simply. Filling ser adopts preventing leaking filling & preventing silk nozzle. Machine could be changed to preventing burst type filling set according to requirement from clients.
